Removing Spam & Junk via Outlook plus a FormMail script

What a nightmare the world of spam emails can be! Having just recovered from a spammer who sent a 180Mb attachment to one of my clients and completely froze the email server, here's a few tips to try and catch the Spam using Outlook.
Set up a new folder called Spam and then utilise the Rules & Alerts option to build a set of rules. ie. if subject line contains the word 'Viagra' then dump it in the Spam folder. I have about 20 rules in place and now along with the Junk Email filter option this is capturing about 95% of the rubbish! A quick check over the Junk and Spam folders to make sure that nothing of importance slipped through the net and then just delete the folder contents. Job done!
Another thing to watch is using cgi scripts to run online contact forms, such as mailform.pl. These can be hijacked by Spammers who use them to send out the spam time and time again. You can get a great script from Script Archive that plugs spam related security issues.
