Well that's it for another four years!
Predictably, England have exited another football tournament on penalties, but honestly the team had run out of steam...Where does England go from here? We need to raise our game to a different level to compete on the world stage. As for Rooney, he has a great talent but if he can't control his temper then he'll end up just like Gazza and destroy himself!
Roll on Euro 2008, new manager, captain and hopefully some 4-4-2 tactics!!!
